In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 10 calendar days of your purchase.

Once you apply procedure of refund; will arrange pickup person within 48 hours for the item(s) to be returned or exchanged. He would take product from you and deliver to our inspection team – the only exception will be if your pincode is not serviceable by our pickup partner.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase else transfer into your Bank Account . For credit card payments it may take 7 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

For transfer payment in the bank we will request you to provide your bank details for us to process your refund – we will need the following details:
(a) Bank Name (b) Account Holder Name (c) Account Number (d) IFSC code of your Bank Branch

If the product is damaged in any way, or products are not original as delivered by us or you have initiated the return after 10 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a return or refund.
